From self-generated sound to boost immunity, to cymatics, to chanting, to intention and kototama... all of these themes and more will be explored and used first hand in experiments to learn, understand, and feel the way sound and health are connected.
For this class you will need a high quality pair of headphones, like the Audio Technica ATH-M40X (don't worry, these headphones are vegan).
